Design for extremes.
By looking at far ends of the spectrum — whether that relates to requirement, ability, environment, or anything else — and solving for those with the most extreme needs we create solutions that work better for everyone.

We can't test too early, but we can test too late.
We often hear "we haven't got time for user testing". The reality is we haven't got time to waste building the wrong thing. But that doesn't mean we need to hold up a project: whatever we have we can test, even if it's just an idea.
