We often hear “we haven’t got time for user testing”. The reality is we haven’t got time to waste building the wrong thing. But that doesn’t mean we need to hold up a project: Whatever we have we can test, even if it’s just an idea. We’ve run testing with no more than a few sticky notes. And it’s always been worth the effort no matter how minimal or how early.
